LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced the 50 student-athletes from 27 schools who comprise the 2026 NFCA Summer/Fall High School All-Region teams.

Oklahoma Class 4A state runner-up Blanchard High — which finished the season ranked third in the GameChanger/NFCA Summer/Fall High School Top 25 Coaches Poll — led all schools with five Region II honorees, including three first-team All-Region selections. Fellow Sooner State and Region II squads Tahlequah (No. 16 ranking), Guthrie and Stillwater all ranked second across the two regions being recognized, with four selections apiece.

One of Tahlequah’s four honorees is reigning Gatorade Oklahoma Player of the Year Zoie Griffin, a senior pitcher, who helped propel the Tigers to this fall’s Oklahoma Class 5A state championship.

Six schools — fifth-ranked Grain Valley, Blue Springs South, Francis Howell, Neosho and Raymore-Peculiar in Missouri, and Iowa Class 5A state runner-up Ankeny Centennial — paced Region I with two players each voted to an All-Region team. That region’s selections were impressively balanced, with 25 players from 19 different schools honored.

The accolades continued for Missouri Class 5 state champion Lee’s Summit, which had junior outfielder Jordyn Northup chosen, while senior first baseman Tenley Campbell was chosen from Nebraska Class A titlist and No. 13-ranked Millard North.

Covering the two regions, there were 22 seniors, 17 juniors, nine sophomores and two freshmen recognized.

The awards honor student-athletes from Region I and II of the Association’s 10 regions with selection to one of two teams. Players from the states of Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska comprise Region I, while Colorado, Georgia and Oklahoma make up Region II. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.

First-team honorees from these two regions, along with the members of the first team from Regions III through X, which will be revealed as part of the NFCA Spring High School All-Region teams on June 25, 2027, move forward to be considered for selection to one of three NFCA High School All-America squads, which will be announced on July 13, 2027. Member head coaches across all 10 regions vote together to select the All-America teams.

The NFCA is the professional organization for fastpitch softball coaches. Known for its highly-regarded coaches polls and All-America awards, the NFCA also educates and supports softball coaches on a variety of different levels: from podcasts to awards, to in-person events and National Convention.
