LOUISVILLE, Ky. –George Washington’s Jenna Cone and Washington’s Gabbie Plain were named Louisville/Slugger NFCA Division I National Player and Pitcher of the Week of the Week, respectively, for games played March 4-10.

Cone keyed the Colonials to a 7-0 week by hitting .636 with three doubles, five home runs, 17 RBI and 14 runs scored. She slugged 1.455 and recorded an .667 on-base percentage. Her go-ahead grand slam against Manhattan on March 10 made her the program’s all-time home run leader with 37.
