LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Idle Saint Leo remained at No. 1 and was joined in the top three by No. 2 UIndy and No. 3 Colorado Christian in this week’s NFCA/GoRout Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll.
The Lions (39-2-1) enjoyed a week off and returns to action this weekend against Lynn in their final home games of the regular season.
The second-ranked Greyhounds (51-3) and third-ranked Cougars (50-2) both went 4-0 in conference action and are the first programs to reach 50 wins across the NCAA and NAIA. Extending its win streak to 15 games, UIndy knocked off then-No. 16 McKendree in a pair of one-run battles (3-2, 2-1) and cruised past University of Illinois Springfield (9-1, 11-2). After a close game-one win, CCU completed the four-game RMAC sweep of Adams State with 7-0, 9-1 and 9-1 victories to extend their win streak to 46 contests.
Pittsburg State and Cal State San Marcos slipped to a tie for the fourth spot after splitting their contests. The Gorillas (45-4) were swept by then-No. 17 Central Oklahoma, but rebounded with a sweep of Newman. The Cougars (43-6) split a pair of one-run matchups on the road at new-No. 23 Concordia (40-14).
West Texas A&M (42-6) stayed at No. 6 with North Georgia moving up one spot to No. 7 (39-8). AUM (39-8) was joined at No. 8 by Southern Arkansas (42-5). No. 10 Francis Marion returned to the top 10 following a fourth consecutive Conference Carolinas tournament title to earn the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament.
No. 12 Cal State East Bay dropped out of the top 10 for the first time this season. No. 16 Lenoir-Rhyne (37-11) and No. 20 UT Tyler each moved up three spots. Anderson (34-10) joins the rankings for the first time this season at No. 25.
The 2026 NFCA/GoRout Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll is voted on by the NFCA Division II Top 25 Poll Committee. The committee consists of 16 NCAA Division II head coaches with two representing each of the NCAA’s eight regions. The poll is announced every Tuesday at noon ET during the regular season. Records reflect games played through April 26.
