LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Thirty-six student-athletes from 21 programs were named 2026 NFCA National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I All-Americans.
Eastern Florida State College and McLennan Community College boasted a NJCAA DI-best four All-Americans with all four Titans earning first-team status, while two Highlanders were first teamers. First-time national champion Northeast Alabama Community College, Paris Junior College and Trinity Valley Community College each took home three All-America plaudits, two on the first team for the Mustangs and Dragons and one for the Cardinals.
2026 NFCA NJCAA DI All-Americans
National runner-up Temple College was one of three programs to garner two All-America honors. The Leopards were joined by Grayson College and Florida SouthWestern State College. Both of FSW’s earned first-team nods with one first teamer hailing from Temple and Grayson.
Thirteen more programs had one student-athlete named to an All-America team.
Three student-athletes repeated as All-Americans including two-time Joan Joyce Utility/Pitcher first-teamer Avery Velazquez from Eastern Florida State College. This award honors the late Joan Joyce, an NFCA Hall of Famer, unparalleled two-way player, and pioneer of women’s sports. Joining Velazquez is a pair of back-to-back second team selections in Chipola College shortstop Irene Rabasco and Grayson College outfielder Aniyah Pequeno.
NFCA All-Region and All-America athletes must be nominated by their NFCA-member head coach, are voted for by the coaches in their region or division, and ultimately selected by elected NJCAA Division I All-American committee members to receive this prestigious accolade.
