Type: Drill

Purpose: Put pressure on your players to perform perfectly.

Equipment Needed: Four balls ("incrediballs" or official softballs, depending on the age group).

Explanation of Drill: We place each player in a rectangle (30 feet wide by 90 feet long) and a ball is placed in each corner of the square. Ready-Set-Throw! Players relay the ball clockwise/counter clockwise player-to-player. Give them a good 10 seconds for all four balls to be caught and thrown by every player.

Have a reward or consequence for the drill. Every player must catch and throw the ball - no drops or over-throws!
