UCLA, who began the season ranked No. 1 for five weeks, picked up five first-place votes. The Bruins, ranked second for the second consecutive week, were idle last week.

California improved to 33-3 with a 6-0 mark in last week's competition at the Hawaii Invitational. The Bears are ranked third, and they are followed by Florida State.

Georgia took two of three from LSU and jumped up three spots to No. 5 in the latest poll. The Bulldogs are followed by Washington, whose victory over Arizona also moved the Huskies up three spots to sixth.

Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma and Louisiana-Lafayette round out the top 10. This is the fourth consecutive week that the SEC has had three teams ranked among the nation's top 10.

Michigan checks in at No. 11, up one spot from last week's poll. Tennessee is ranked No. 12, the highest ranking in the Lady Vols' history. Stanford, Fresno State and South Carolina complete the top 15.
