Florida remains atop the UUSA Today/NFCA Division I Top 25 Poll for a second straight week. The Gators hold 28 of a possible 30 first-place votes and are followed by Stanford which olds the remaining two first-place nods. The Cardinal moved up one spot in the poll after taking a pair of games from Washington last weekend in the first weekend of Pac-10 Conference play. Washington, Arizona State and Alabama round out the top five.
