NFCA Division II Top 25 Poll 

Humboldt State maintained the No. 1 spot in the final regular season NFCA Division II Top 25 Softball Poll, making it the third straight week the Lumberjacks have been ranked in the top spot. 

Humboldt earned the top spot after closing out the regular season with a 17-game win streak and victories in 46 of its last 47 contests. Emporia State, the team Humboldt State knocked from the top position, stays at No. 2, just seven points ahead of No. 3 Florida Southern. 

With the top three positions remaining intact from the previous poll, the top five went unchanged over the two-week period, with SIU-Edwardsville staying at No. 4 and Lock Haven at No. 5. 

Midwestern State moved up three places into a tie for sixth place with Cal State Bakersfield, who moved up four places from its previous ranking of 10th. Nebraska-Omaha and Columbus State both moved into the top 10 at Nos. 8 and 9, respectively. Barry managed to hang in the top 10 despite dropping two places. 

Georgia College & State fell four places to No. 11, while Caldwell jumped one place to No. 12. Abilene Christian also advanced this week, leaping two places to 13th. Cal State Dominguez Hills fell from the top 10 as it plummeted eight places to No. 14, but Bloomsburg advanced in the poll as it jumped nine places to No. 15. 

LIU C.W. Post advanced three places to 16th, while Alabama-Huntsville maintained its hold on No. 17. SE Oklahoma State moved up four slots to 18th, while poll newcomer Gannon debuted at No. 19. San Francisco State rounded out the top 20 as it fell one place. 

Shippensburg fell seven spots to 21st, and Wingate moved up three places to No. 22. Washburn, newcomer Southern Indiana and Florida Gulf Coast round out the top 25 at Nos. 22-25, respectively. 

The final NFCA Division II Top 25 Poll will be released May 26.
