Louisiana College received seven of eight first place votes to regain the No. 1 spot in the NFCA Division III Top 25 Poll, the association has announced. An American Southwest Conference championship tournament victory over last week's No. 1 Texas-Tyler flipped the two teams for the second straight week. Before last week, Louisiana College had previously held the No. 1 spot for six consecutive weeks. 

Texas-Tyler drops to No. 2 after two championship losses to LC; on the season, the Wildcats have won four out of seven versus UTT, and the teams will most likely meet again in NCAA regionals next weekend. Nos. 3-5 remain the same as a week ago with Salisbury, Ohio Northern and Luther holding those spots, respectively.
