NFCA Division III Top 25 Poll
l St. Thomas retains a share of the top spot in the NFCA Division III Top 25 Poll after receiving six first-place votes, while Louisiana College makes its first appearance ever at the top with one first-place nod.
The Tommies have started 7-2, including a Leadoff Classic title, while LC has jumped out to a 16-3 start.
Ithaca trades places with Linfield after receiving one first-place vote, while 7-4 Leadoff Classic runner-up Willamette retains the No. 5 spot. Chapman, Mount Union and Central stay put at Nos. 6, 7 and 8 respectively, and Wisconsin Eau-Claire jumps back into the top 10 after a one-week absence.
Greensboro rounds out the top 10 after jumping one spot from last week; the Pride have had one of the strongest starts in the country at 22-2. Illinois Wesleyan jumps 14 spots to No. 11 after starting 4-0, while Moravian falls three spots to No. 12. Ramapo falls in at No. 13, followed by Plattsburgh State and Simpson.
Washington-St. Louis drops to No. 16 while Roanoke jumps to No. 17 after a 13-1 start. Augustana falls four places to No. 18, while Whitworth and previously unranked Lynchburg round out the top 20.
Muskingum's slide continues to No. 21, as does Williams to No. 22 and Emory to No. 23. Previously unranked Rhode Island College debuts at No. 24, while Rochester and Rowan share the final spot.
