New polls for all three National Junior College Athletic Association divisions show Chattanooga State Technical Community College, Phoenix College and Glouchester County leading Divisions I, II and III, respectively for the release date of April 15, 2009. 

For Division I, Chattanooga State Technical Community College (48-3) takes over the top spot from Indian River, which dropped from the top spot in the poll to No. 2.
