VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Southwest Oregon Lakers are off to a 16-0 start and have been rewarded for their efforts by being named the No. 1 team in the latest Horizon Air/NWAACC poll, released by the organization on Wednesday. 

The Lakers received five first place votes to edge out previous No. 1 Mt. Hood, who fell to No. 2 in the poll.
