LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced the 195 student-athletes from 88 schools who comprise the 2026 Spring High School All-Region teams.
Region III’s Kennewick High (Wash.) topped all programs with six players voted to its regional list — all on the second team — while six other schools saw five players selected. Hanford (Wash.) in Region III, Kimball (Calif.) in Region IV, Kenton Ridge (Ohio) and South Warren (Ky.) in Region VIII, Donovan Catholic (N.J.) in Region IX and Mardela (Md.) in Region X all had five, with every one of Donovan Catholic’s choices landing on the first team.
Twelve schools placed four student-athletes apiece, 11 had three recipients, 20 had two and 38 had one player chosen.
Spring High School All-Region Teams
There are 83 seniors, 53 juniors, 39 sophomores, 19 freshmen and one eighth-grader on the list.
The awards honor student-athletes from the Association’s eight Spring regions with selection to one of two teams. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.
First-team honorees on the eight Spring and two Summer/Fall All-Region teams will be combined for a vote by the full high school membership to determine the three NFCA High School All-America squads, which will be announced July 10.
The NFCA is the professional organization for fastpitch softball coaches. Known for its highly-regarded coaches polls and All-America awards, the NFCA also educates and supports softball coaches on a variety of different levels: from podcasts to awards, to in-person events and National Convention.
