The awards honor student-athletes from Region I and II of the Association’s 10 regions with selection to one of two teams. Players from the states of Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska comprise Region I, while Colorado, Georgia and Oklahoma make up Region II. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.
First-team honorees from these two regions, along with the members of the first team from Regions III through X, which will be revealed as part of the NFCA Spring High School All-Region teams on June 27, 2025, move forward to be considered for selection to one of three NFCA High School All-America squads, which will be announced on July 18, 2025. Member head coaches across all 10 regions vote together to select the All-America teams.
