LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rawlings Sporting Goods Company, Inc. revealed the nine recipients of 2025 NAIA Rawlings Gold Glove Award®, presented by the NFCA, on Friday.
Each position was represented by a different program with four – Arizona Christian University’s Brenna Henry (first base), Evangel University’s Ellie Facklam (third base), Grand View University’s Mackenzie Meister (Mackenzie Meister (right field) and University of Mobile’s Lillie Lanham (center field) – represented their university’s for the first time in 2025.
Saint Xavier University’s Kaitlyn Wright is a repeat winner, collecting the award at shortstop after earning her first Gold Glove at third base in 2024.
University of the Cumberlands pitcher Lindsey Shope, Southern Oregon University center fielder Sarah Kerling and Madonna University Regan Finkbeiner are the third Gold Glove recipients from their programs.
Shope’s battery mate on the team is Leighanne Eaton from University of Sciences & Arts of Oklahoma, the second Drover to nab a Gold Glove.
Recipients of the Rawlings Gold Glove Award, presented by the NFCA, were selected by the NFCA’s NAIA All-America Committee, following regional voting to identify the finalists at each position. The group utilized fielding statistics and school-submitted video to closely examine finalists and select the winners at every defensive position. Any student-athlete that competed in the current championship year and was nominated by their head coach who is a member in good standing with the NFCA was eligible for consideration for this prestigious accolade.
