WHERE WILL THE CLASS BE HELD?

Classroom sessions will take place inside the dome at the Parkway Bank Sports Complex

with game play occurring in the adjacent stadium.

WHAT DOES AN DAILY ITINERARY?

Tuesday, June 16th

9:00 AM - Registration Begins
10:00 AM - Classroom Session I
1:00 PM - Lunch Break
2:00 PM - Pre-Game Observation & Classroom Session II
5:00 PM - Break, transition to stadium, dinner for purchase in venue
6:00 PM - First Pitch: In-game strategy with instructors and AUSL personnel

Day one ends at the conclusion of the game

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking is available on site at Parkway Bank Stadium.

DO I NEED A CAR?

With the close proximity to O’Hare (ORD) airport, you can utilize a ride share service for a minimal fee. There are also several hotels nearby with airport shuttles available.

IS THERE A HOST HOTEL?

No, with all sessions being offered at the stadium there is not a host hotel. You may utilize any of the surrounding hotels to meet your needs.

CAN MY FAMILY WATCH THE GAME WITH ME?

There are seats available for both contests, feel free to purchase additional game tickets for anyone traveling with you to the event HERE. HERE.

CAN MY CHILD/SPOUSE ATTEND THE CLASS?

Anyone who wishes to be in the class sessions inside the dome MUST be a registered course attendee. While anyone can sign up for the class, there are no available discounts for friends and/or family members who simply wish to tag along. DUE TO NCAA RULES, ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTERING 9TH-12TH GRADE OR ENROLLED IN A JUNIOR COLLEGE ARE CONSIDERED A PROSPECTIVE STUDENT-ATHLETE AND MAY NOT ATTEND THIS COURSE. Please call the NFCA (502) 409-4600 with any questions regarding this policy.

DOES THE NFCA PROVIDE MEALS DURING CLASS DAY?

Attendees are on their own for meals during NFCC courses, unless otherwise stated. Meal breaks will be provided.

WHAT IS APPROPRIATE DRESS FOR THE NFCC COURSES?

Participants should wear clothing comfortable for an indoor classroom setting. A lightweight jacket is recommended for your individual comfort. Most classes will also have sessions outdoors, so appropriate dress is recommended.

DO I HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER OR CAN I SIGN UP ON SITE?

There are NO walk-ups permitted for course 408. You must pre-register.

CAN I GET CEU CREDITS FOR ATTENDING A COURSE?

The NFCA is happy to provide attendance verification forms for any of our educational events. Please contact Joanna Lane for more information.

DO I NEED TO TAKE THE COURSES IN A CERTAIN ORDER?

No, NFCC courses may be taken in ANY order.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND BOTH 402A AND 402B TO EARN MASTER COACH STATUS?

Any coaches who have not taken 402 prior to 2016 WILL be required to take both 402A and 402B to achieve their 4 Star Master Coach recognition.

MAY I RETAKE AN NFCC COURSE?

Yes, of course! Many of our members choose to re-take these courses on a regular basis as the information and delivery of content varies greatly when instructors change. There is no discount when re-taking an NFCC course.
