LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Thirty-six student-athletes from 15 different schools have been voted to one of two 2026 NFCA NJCAA Division II All-America teams, the Association revealed on Tuesday afternoon.
Half of the 20 teams who advanced to the NJCAA Division II World Series had players earn All-America status, including third-place finisher Murray State — the No. 1-ranked team early in the season — which earned a division-best six All-America selections, including all six on the first team.
Kirkwood was next with five, while Jones and Rock Valley both had four players selected.
First-time national champion Pearl River had three players picked, as did 2025 titlist and fellow World Series participant Copiah-Lincoln. Des Moines Area, which finished a program-best second in this year’s championship, and St. John’s River State each had two choices, while seven other schools had one player chosen.
2026 NFCA NJCAA Division II All-Americans
Nine players earned All-America honors for a second straight season — Des Moines’ Kierra Jungers and Macee Reiling; Itawamba’s Ramsey Montgomery; LSU-Eunice’s Payton Prince; Murray State’s Cady Ammons, Kaylee Carter, Brylee Fanning and Isabella Hardeman; and Potomac State’s Skyla Compton.
The South had the most selections of the three NJCAA Division II regions with 20, followed by the Midwest with 13 and the East with three. There were 25 sophomores and 11 freshmen chosen.
NFCA All-Region and All-America athletes must be nominated by their NFCA-member head coach, are voted for by the coaches in their region, and ultimately selected by elected NJCAA Division II All-America committee members to receive this prestigious accolade.
